Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
* Domestic Delivery: Estimated delivery time across India is 3 to 7 business days via courier partners (Shiprocket).
* Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees or free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected PIN codes across India. Verification via phone/SMS may be required before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your package status in real time.

5. Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will make up to 3 attempts before returning the package to us.
