1. All Sales Are Final
We operate under a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind or personal preference.

2. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@trendcraze.in.
* An unboxing video clearly displaying the package label and the item inside is strictly required for verification.
* Upon verification, a replacement of the same item will be arranged at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided dispatch has not occurred.
